Hi @Anonymous,

Just to check are you using a Mac by any chance? So far I have seen a few issues with Mac and the November update. By cleanly uninstalling and reinstalling Fusion 360, those users were able to fix their issues. Hopefully this will be able to help you as well. To complete a clean uninstall please follow the instructions in the link below. Make sure to follow as many of the instructions as you can. It is possible that the guide tells you to delete a folder that may not exist on your computer, that is okay just delete all the ones you possibly can that it tells you to. Also, please note, if you have any Offline work you completed in Fusion 360, it will get deleted as a result of the Clean Uninstall, so make sure to back up those files.

Then, restart your computer to ensure that you killed any running Fusion 360 processes and upon restart visit the link below to download Fusion 360. Even though it says it is the trial version, once you sign into your account your correct entitlement will take place.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your troubles!

Can you attach all autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log* files located in below folder to us?

Windows: %localappdata%\Autodesk

Mac: ~/Library/Logs

After that, can you give the suggestion in the bellow forum post a try?

Let us know if you have any questions! I hope this helps!

Thanks,

Ting.

Hi @Anonymous,

Just to check - so the only steps you performed were the Windows Control Panel uninstall and removing the desktop icon? Did you also delete the folders/files that the guide instructed on? If you would like some help performing those steps, send me a PM and I would be more than happy to have a remote session with you and perform the full clean uninstall and see if that fixes the issue. According to other users, this solution seemed to help.

Thanks,
