Preserving Set Pivot Point

Hey Team - I'm making a video and I'm trying to minimize the number of commands/clicking - is there a way to get/trick/hack the pivot point to stay where I want (center point of highlighted block) it or is this a feature request in the guise of a question? 🙂

Hi Nathan!

No, unfortunately, there is no option to keep the pivot point.  I know that some of our UX guys have requested this, and it seems like a useful feature.  Just hasn't made it to the top of the priority list yet.

I don't see this one on the idea station, though it is inside this entry: a-month-s-worth-of-requests  you should suggest it as a standalone idea.
