possible to locate a plane using an axis?

I hope I'm overlooking something basic, but I've not found a method to use an axis to locate an offset plane. What I want to do is install a plane positioned on the axis of a cylinder. The axis is parallel to two origin planes, but I can't use it to fix the position of the offset plane relative to either origin plane. This is available in Solidworks fwiw

Thanks, I expected it was simple. I was trying to use 'offset plane' rather than 'plane at angle' to position the plane
