cloud credits student

hi!

i'm education user of fusion, did we have ulimited cloud credit because i can't see how many i have and i did't found the info in the FAQ, i'm a french user by the way please excuse my english

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

Under the educational license for Fusion, you should have unlimited access to cloud credits. You can verify this by following the steps in this guide here. Also, before you perform any cloud operations in Fusion (such as cloud render) it will display how many cloud credits will be used, as well as how many remains.

thanks for your replie but i didn't see "Individual Cloud Credits" in my profil (picture 1)

and in fusion when i render, it show me the number of cloud credit required, the max per request and "avaliable", this is is this the number of cloud credit i have or the slot in the server avaliable ? (picture 2)

Hi @Anonymous,

My apologies! The cloud credits will not show up in your account page since you are a student. I believe the Accounts page shows how many cloud credits your contract has, but since you are a student, there isn't one. You just pull from the education pool, which is unlimited. 

Based on your second screenshot, it looks like everything is working correctly. You have unlimited cloud credits to use per the educational license.

I'm having a similar problem. I am a student and have an active student licence, I have used all 300 of the free cloud credits and now want to use my unlimited student cloud credits. Fusion won't let me render to the cloud because I don't have enough cloud credits.. I can't find any option to elect or even use them. Am I missing something?

Hey James , I installed student version fusion 360 in pc but upon using topology optimisation module but its says it lacks credit. Please reply fast
