Plastic Moulding Simulation Error: Non-manifold Edges, Free Edges and Collapsed Surfaces

Hi, 

I'm working through my simulation this design and i've got the following errors: 

- Collapsed surfaces : 2

- Free edges : 1

- Non-manifold edges: 3

Would anyone have any advice on how to find these errors?
