Parameters: how to copy to another design

Hello, I need to use parameters from other design what I do now is make new ones with same name and measures, but is not the best way to do it, so any of nice experts have a walk around to facilitate our life?

Thanks for the reference Guenther but if you are not using linked files or for smaller jobs, try the Parameter I/O free utility add-in from the Autodesk App Store.
