Parallel Joint
That is not per-se a joint but a geometric constraint.
Fusion 360'sjoint system intends to work just a joints would work in the physical world.
At the curent moment there is nothing mechanically in your design that would prevent that part to pivot around the pin/shaft.
Once you've desinged that mechanical constraint you'll likely find that one of the available joints fits the bill perfectly.
