Orbit reference reset to zero

Hello , is there a way to set a new zero point for free orbit , I have a series of cylinders stacked that i originally sketched using set circle center but at later date had to rescale size of all cylinders ,after rescaling center had shifted to off center position so need to try to recenter .

It sounds like what you need is the "Align" tool. I have attached a screencast to this post. Is that along the lines of what you are looking for?

Thanks Mike ,,I was able to reset all components to zero position with Align tool
