One component will not move to make a joint.

I have created three components closed phi spring, open phi  spring and clamped phi spring.

I am trying to move these different positions of springs into their proper assembly location.

I ground clamped phi spring and can move the open phi  spring around until  I like the position then  I can fix it their using a rigid joint.

Then I want to move the closed spring into its position I can't grab and move this component.

What am I doing wrong?
