I am working on a customized banjo for the change gears on my lathe. By changing one dimension, I can customize the banjo for different gear sets. I have successfully printed 2 versions of this part, but the 3d, and biggest, when sent to Repetier Host, pops up a warning that the model is non manifold.
I have opened the .stl for this version in Meshmixer, and try to repair the mesh, it removes parts that were not affected by the dimension change. What am I doing wrong?
