Hi there i have several renders i have done in the cloud i want to download a couple to edit.

I starteed out after the cloud render had finished just opeing up the tile & hitting download.

I am not sure if i am doing anything wrong but the download option is not longer there (see Picture).

My workflow is the same that does not mean i am doing something wrong as it has been working.

Thanks Mark

Hi Mark,

Do you also see the same issue with any other designs? Or is the issue specific to a particular design? Could you try restarting Fusion 360 to see if the download button comes back?

Hi there,

I have started Fusion a few times but had the same effect no download buttons on any of the renders in that model.

This morning I have started my PC this morning gone to the renders of the specific model & the button has come back I have put the before & after screen dumps attached

Many Thanks Mark.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for the update. I've talked to the development team, and they said it looks like the icons were not loaded successfully due to a network issue. Please let us know if you keep seeing the issue.

I also experienced this issue.  In the same session the icons showed up once but then disappeared again, however I was able to use the buttons by clicking the space where they should show up and tooltips also continued working.

I keep seeing it - not sure if Mark Clayton does or not.

I went to download a render today, and it gave me a text file. I took a screenshot instead.
