No recovery file after a crash!!!!

I had a few files open programming for the cnc mill when Fusion crashed.  Upon opening up Fusion I was able to recover all of my files but the one with the most work! Where do I look to find the hidden recovery file?  I searched but couldn't find any info on finding hidden recovery files.  It is not to be found under File/ Recover Documents.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you save before it crashed?

I think there are only recov-files for saved stuff.

None of the files were new, they were ones I had modeled a few days ago and I was just now programming to machine them.  I had 4 files open when it crashed and only three were recovered.  I thought I read here some time ago that when this happens you can find your file at a specific folder on your HDD, I just couldn't find that info now that I need it.

I already redid everything so no need to recover this file, but it would be nice to know for the next time this happens.
