Need some help modifying my part

Hello, I need some help please. I imported a model of a center cap that I created previously in TinkerCad, it was imported to F360 as a .obj file under the mesh option. I have also tried .stl under the mesh option. I cannot seem to select any part of the design to modify it.

I need to bring the face of the 5 tabs out and create a fillet but cannot do anything with it.

Can someone help please?

I would insert a picture in this but this thing will not let me upload one, so I added one as an attachment.

I don't know why the scaling would have changed like that but the diameter is supposed to be 6 1/2", lol

You imported into a document with the incorrect units - common beginner mistake.

Thank you for doing that! I was trying to bring the face of each locking part outwards 1/8", not upwards, but since you have made the model editable, or recreated it, I was able to do it! I don't know what you did but thank you very very much!!! You're awesome!

I have re-attached the f3d file so you can inspect what I did.

Another question though, when I export it for 3D printing, as .stl, it is exporting in mm instead of inches and is way too small. The circumference is 6.5mm instead of 6.5 inches, lol

How do I resolve this?

Never mind. It was my S3D program! Sorry about that.
