Need help.

Hi. For several days I have been struggling with the project,
and actually setting the dimensions so that only two main ones are dynamic
and the others match the main ones. My main dimensions that I wanted to be able to change myself
are height and width. The frame around the muntins and the muntins in the middle are to be solid
and the windows are to be dynamic and adapt to the changed dimensions.
There will be someone who will help me because I already have nerves. Thank you in advance.

Yes, I know that there is a lot of everything but I do not know how to do it, I combine. I attach one more file because I have to add rays to the windows.

We managed to do it with two construction lines. But I just need to put the rays in the windows.

I mean putting numbers on the design but I want them to be dynamic just like the whole shape.
