need help with socket holder design

so im trying to make a holder for my sockets. i start with  center rectangle, then make a smaller rectangle on the inside, then measure out the socket areas, then use the pipe tool to make the grooves.

The problem is when im done its never centered because i have to start at one end. what would be the best way to make that centered? if the grooves were all the same diameter, it would be easy, but they aren't.

hopefully that makes sense.

thanks in advanceCapture.PNG

Dimensions and User Parameters are your friend 高兴表情  Instead of the Pipe command, use a simple Extrude from the side:
