I trying to make a 3D model of baby stomach but i can't make it the shape is round and i draw it as two part and fillet it then mirror it but i can't fillet since it's a complex shape.

I'm making the first left model (purple only) with dimensions 49(L)X55(w)mm

Probably the best way to create a shape like this is with the "Create Form" tools, formerly called "Sculpt" tools.  I recommend following the lessons starting here:

http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=GUID-A0F0D052-A500-4632-8E35-347D98ED4AE6

One note: the Lessons show you access "Sculpt" from the workspace menu, but that has changed.  Now you access it from the "Create" menu in the Model workspace and choose the "Create Form" command.  That will put you into the mode for creating T-spline shapes.  Once you "Finish Form" the T-spline bodies will be converted to normal Brep solid bodies.

Thanks for you reply
I tried tracing the shape by arc then extrude in sculpt but the walls only extruded.
I tried making a sphere but i need the height to be 26mm so the sphere was to small.
Any ideas

Start with a quad ball. You don't need any sketches for this! There are some T-Spline modeling tutorials on youtube you should be watching.
