Need help creating circle in a wave pattern

I need help creating circles in wave patterns. There has to be a quicker way. Im a novice and need help. A picture reference is in this post

Hi @Anonymous,

 

The important point here, and I can't emphasize this enough, is:  For the number of instances you show in your image, you should not use sketch pattern.  (Besides, sketch pattern does not support Pattern on Path, today, anyway).  But, if you try to create a large number of instances in a sketch pattern, Fusion will be unacceptably slow.  Instead, I assume that this pattern will go on some solid object at some point.  You will be much better off if you create the solid, then make one solid cut or join from the circle, and use Pattern on Path to replicate that solid cut or join on the solid.

@jeff_strater, I have it correct this time, if you saw my last post before i deleted it.

In the file attached I sketch a spline so it was in a wavy shape, did a offset then joined the ends together extruded that out to 1 mm, then extruded new body the circle at the start of the spline then did the pattern along path useing feature (spline body as path) circle as the selection, then selected rectangular pattern then patterned feature the first pattern.

 

The feature is selecting the object in the timeline that created the feature like the extrude icon
