My save feature is not working!!

I cant save any work. I lost a file that I worked on for 4 hours. It started when I worked offline during travel. When I went to log back on, the save feature will not work. It doesnt work on the icon or the file feature (save or save as..). Need to help. I logged off and logged back on. I deleted my Fusion360 and installed it back on. 

 

Dont know what to do.

Can you check the About Fusion 360 dialog from the help (?) menu? It will list what kind of entitlement you have like subscription, student, etc.. What does yours say?

 

If there is no issue with the entitlement, can you check the below solution?
