My grid is gone...

After the update I seem to have lost the grid layout while in Model mode.

I am trying to move components and I want one specific component at the XYZ origin... And then assemble my components as needed.

Is it activated at the bottom of your screen here?

I have grid displayed initially.

0) New Design

The Layout grid check box is checked

1) Click Create Sketch

2) Select a sketchng plane

Now the grid disappears before I can draw anything!

The Layout grid check box becomes unchecked and grayed (disabled).
So I cannot check it.

---------------

Whenver I select a plane after selecting create sketch, the grid disappears!

Once I clicked "STOP SKETCH" the grid comes back!

Why?

How to enable grid all the time?

It's on the sketch palette.

My grid is gone too, and I've tried all the things below.  It is grayed out, so I cannot turn it on.  I work on a Mac

Under grid settings, I did find a menu that let me set the grid spacing from the default 250mm to whatever I want. Not as convenient as it used to be, but better than nothing.
