Import stuck
What I've done when this happens is close any open designs open the My Recent Data foler in the Data Panel, make sure all uploads are complete, no spinning wheels! Then click the question mark top right of your screen and select Clear user cache data, Warning this will lose any unsaved\unsynced work!
