Good day

I am a new user to fusion 360

after drawing for 3 hours I saved my work and tried to open my data panel to open another drawing.

My data panel is blank and unresponsive. I cant find any of my other saved files anywhere and cant open anything

Is there something I can do Or something I have done wrong ?

Welcome to the Fusion Community!

When you say the data panel is blank, is it black or white or is it just missing projects that you would expect to be there? Could you post a screenshot and/or share your diagnostic log files (see help menu for command)?

There's a couple of suggestions in the below links that may help.

Thanks,

it is white. and I am unable to load any drawings and I cant import drawings and the only way I can open a drawing is to draw something ,save it to my profile. then download that drawing

I have attached the diagnostic log .I will upload a screen shot now

Hello,

please try this:

- Close Fusion

- navigate into the folder with your A360 data : C:\<<current user>>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<<your Autodesk ID guid name>>

- in this folder you should see subfolder "OfflineJS", delete whole this folder

- start Fusion again

Regards,

Alex

Just a question.

From Your log from 2/21 around 4:24 PM it looks like the Fusion was run two times at once.

Two Fusion instances running at the same time.

Do You please remember what happened at that time?

Was the Fusion run twice by accident?

This info will help us to understand what happened, thank You.

Alex

Yes I'm pretty sure it was by mistake.
Thank you again for helping me sort out the problem
