i want

multiple design from original with rules

for example

please watch my video

there is holes diamater increase 10mm

draw 3 holes , dimension 3 hole , and extrude

but i wonder there is rules that diameter increase 10mm 

so like pattern , is that possible to draw 2 hole easily

like draw 1 hole, and  draw 2 hole automatically 

and similarly 

there is 3 holes with 10mm diameter. 

but extrude height is increase 10mm also

so if possible , want to 20mm, 30mm extrude from 10mm extrude easily

That would be called procedural modeling and is not possible with Fusion.

you'll have to create these cylinders (for example) individually and dimension the individually.

There is no pattern "rule" that will automatically increment dimensions for each patterned instance.
