Moving objects & updating sketches

When making major changes to a design and having to move your bodies or components to new positions is there a way to have the original sketches move with the bodies or components to match the new location.

This makes no sense to me this would not be an automatic thing in Fusion. and makes for such a problem when having to move stuff around. WHY is this not an automatic thing?

If you move a body away from its original point of creation then it will move it away from the sketch that was used to create it.

However, if you move a component it will move the sketch as well, provided in your workflow you adhered to the main workflow described in Fusion 360 R.U.L.E #1

Bodies and sketches exist WITHIN components. If you move a body, you are moving it INSIDE of its component, RELATIVE to any sketches (and the origin too) therein.

Moving a component, on the other hand, takes everything within it along for the ride.

You shouldn't be using moves to position components to each other in an assembly. You should instead be using joints.
