Moving files between projects

Hello,
I have a project in Fusion (Project A) with quite some files, and now i want to transfer all the files to an other project of wich i am part of (Project B). I am admin in Project A, i am not in Project B.
But when select a file and want to move it to project B i cannot, i can only move it to other folders within the same project.
So i thought maybe when you are the administrator of both projects, you could move folders/files between the projects. But I haven't figured out yet how i am able to do that. I don't see a 'admin' tab when i click my account in the Team Hub.
Could you help me with this?
