Moved a body, sketch did not follow

I created a sketch and used this sketch to extrude a body.  I then moved the body to align with other bodies I created.  The sketch stayed in the original position.

Can I realign the sketch to the new body position so I can easily make changes to the sketch?  

If I change the sketch will it modify the body correctly?

Is there a better way to do this?  e.g. turn the body into a component before moving it?

You are moving  a body not a component... Convert your body into a Component.

A Component has a folder that contains sketches, bodies, features and everything else related to that component.

Try that and your Sketch should move to the same position as the component.
