Move sketch on an obj

I have a simple sketch on the surface of an object. I have lurked yet could not ascertain how to move this center slot. I have checked for coincident points, and have manually deleted constraints, yet slot will not move. I apologize for  posting this I am very green.

Order of construction: (MODEL mode)

Sketch one: perimeter creation

Next:  push pull to raise surface.

Sketch2: create center slot on new object surface.

And so is your slot, 

Edit the sketch, select the slot, and then use the Unfix constraint, 

you can move black lines with constraints and dimensions, 

you can click and drag blue lines, 

you cant move green lines.
