Move "step and repeat"

When sketching is there a way when to make copy while moving a line or instance? Like step and repeat? For example if i've drawn a line and I want to move/copy it 6 times in 20 mm in x,y,z direction. Is that possible?

I've included two image from SolidWorks to better illustrate perhaps what i'm after.

Thanks.

If you're actively editing a sketch, you can use copy and paste to "copy and move" sketch geometry. Another option would be to use the rectangular or circular pattern command located in the sketch menu.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Thanks! Yes it did help. I just manually went along an copy/paste it along the way. But I like your suggestion about pattern. I tried pattern along a path.

When you use the rectangular pattern, is it possible to make each an independant line instead of part of a pattern?

If you delete the Pattern "constraint" symbol, the patterned entities will become regular sketch entities.

Does that help?
