I am still having problems getting blue lines to turn black. If they turn black at all it is inconsistent.
In the reference picture I've attached I used the perpendicular constraint at the 90 degree corners (should be obvious for F360) - and I've used the equal constraint a few places and dimensions. None of these work!
I cannot understand what I am doing wrong here.

Here ya go - seems like plenty of dimensions and constraints and nothing but blue lines.
Your sketch has a lot of missing sketch constraints and dimensions which I show in the video. I would suggest that you left click and drag on entities to determine the missing constraints and dimensions. As I mentioned in the video, I cannot be sure of your intended dimensions due to so many problems, please check. Model is attached.

Thanks. That was good explanation - I was able to follow along and make the changes and figure out the remaining parts so the drawing is now fully constrained.
Much appreciated, I can now tackle some other drawings that need the same treatment.
