Modelisation of a 3D Wire

Hello,

I'm really new to fusion 360 (and to any CAD software), and I apologize in advance for this surely trivial question, but, despite my attempts to find a tutorial to do so, I have not found anything that suits me.

My issue is simple :

I want to rebuild an experimental device via Fusion 360, of which I have all the parts separately. I had no problem importing and assembling them, but I have just one last problem: I can't model cables in 3D to connect the last parts which are connected by "flexible" cables.

I found some tutorials to make a "flexible" cable in 3D on a 2D plan, but again, despite all my efforts, I can't reproduce this scheme in 3D directly, not limited to a 2D plan. I'm attaching a screenshot where you can see a rough drawing of the cables I would like to model more correctly

If you can help me/redirect me to any tuto that would allow this, I would be very grateful!

Sincerely
Paul

Hi,

I did found this video, but couldn't manage to find "Include 3D geometry" option. Thought this was cause of my educational license, but it was only because I wasn't in the right sketch mode ! Works really fine, thanks a lot.
