Modeling an ice cream swirl

I am learning the Sweep function, and I am trying to model a swirl of soft serve ice cream (similar to the picture, but stylized). I am close, but I want to get the rounded look of the ice cream in the picture so that it looks cuter and less like a Christmas tree. I also want it to go all the way to a peak, so it looks finished How can I do this?

For those of you familiar with FDM 3D printing, I want to be able to print this using vase mode.

I have attached the F3D file. It is a little messy, apologies.

Are planning to model with one flat face ie 1/2 of a soft serve in a cone?...or all round 3D?
