Model exported in air causing unnecessary support

I have designed a box mod but the box itself exports/saves off of the build plate in any slicer I use. Is there a way to make it the same as the lid and button designed at the same time as other components . The lid and the button both save and export on the build surface but the body of the box requires support this leaving a poor print surface for a flat surface

I use Netfabb basic to change the position of an stl model.  Fusion 360 uses the origin of the component/body to position the stl.  As far as I know, the origin isn't changeable in Fusion 360.  Most slicers should be able to move a single object to the print bed.

Correct, Fusion 360 uses the component origin for export.

But you can move the body within the component if necessary for 3D printing and that move is parametric. If it's only needed for repositioning for 3D printing you can suppress it afterwards (so you can un-supress it if another .stl export is needed in the same orientation) or delete the move afterwards with the body going back to the original position.

You can also reposition .stl in Meshmixer.
