Mirroring a non-symetrical object

I'm trying to make a flask holder for a gravel bike. I'm almost at the end, last thing is to make a place for straps, at the top of the rectangular part where it bolts to the bike. The left side is perfect and takes the shape of the holder on the bottom, but I can't figure out how to mirror this part correctly. If you look closely, you see that the mirrored part is slightly out of sync with the rest. For some reason I cannot design it as I did with the left part (which I also don't understand why. I select the bend lines of the holder as projectlines. On the left I my line snaps to these project lines, on the right it ignoners the project lines and just go straight. That's why I try to mirror the left.)

Hi,

Sketch 3 must be aligned to the origin

Because the upright is not symmetric, using origin or midplane in the Mirror, gives you what you asked for, (it is not symmetric) however seeing the base kidney is out of square - will not line up.

Sketching has to be accurate, or Fusion will not play nice.

Left side is longer than the right side, (Hole is not lined up either.)

Fixed your first sketch, post extrudes and removed the Move icon.

Might help....
