Micropillar or microneedle array

I am attempting to create an array of microneedles on a block. I am able to create one needle by revolving a triangle at the center of the block, and then moving it to the edge to begin the array. However, I would like to copy the needle and create the rest of the array without repeating the process of revolving a triangle at the center and moving it. Is there a way to copy the needle on the block and quickly create an array?

looking at your file, I would say trippy is right.  You would benefit from some time doing tutorials.  Biggest piece of advise based on your model is DON'T USE THE MOVE COMMAND.  It's not there for the reason you think it is, and will cause you grief down the road.  just draw it where it's suppose to be, or put it in a separate component and use the joint function.

I attached my rendition of your model.  take a look and see if yo have questions.
