Mesh Workspace

I have repeatedly tried to activate the Mesh workspace following the steps but it will not appear in the dropdown. I've followed the steps and restarted the program multiple times and it will not activate. Help please

Did you right click and select "edit mesh"?

This will active mesh workspace

the mesh tab appears in the design environment when in Direct Modeling" mode (timeline turned off).  It also is available when editing a base feature, (like a mesh), because base features are DM objects embedded into the timeline.
