Menu bar customizations are reset following logging in another computer (?)

I have the upper menu bars (particularly Solid, Sketch, and Form) heavily customized based on my design habits. Yesterday I downloaded and logged in Fusion on a laptop to run besides a CNC router. While it was running the main one on my PC was forced paused, and when I logged it off and re-logged on my PC, I found this: all the menu bars are reset to default like here ↓.

These were all customized.

The other configs (such as preferences) have not been reset, for example I have the same Tinkercad-style controls.

Is this normal? What could the cause have been? Is there a way to bring my usual configuration back?

The problem is that if I setup everything again manually, the same thing could happen over and over again.

If you are using a Windows  based computer, take a look at Message #2 in this Forum post.  I am sure that there is an equal setting on a MAC but I am not aware of it.
