I am trying to make this model with multiple parts into 1 part. I have tried the combine feature but the inserts did not let me combine it. Is there any other solution?

Please attach your model. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

The pins are funky. the have a tapper at one end, and the width only touches at a single point. here's a cross section-
the edges of the insert also don't register as a circle, which they should. indicates something funky with the originating geometry.
I would model this directly in fusion instead of using a part from a website.
will also note that you appeared to have inserted a new file each time you used this insert. the result is that fusion is treating each insert as a separate and unique component. better to insert the file once, then pattern or copy that component so you have multiple instances of the same component.
