Making a suspension wishbone system

I have this problem when I use the joint system. I want the wheel base (the cross thing) to attach to the two identical suspension arms. It works when I put a joint on the first arm but then when I want to put another joint it doesn't work.

So basically I want the three parts to work together (0:32 at the video) and the cross things movement to depend on both arms vice versa for the arms.

it's probably an alignment thing.  can you attach your .f3d file so we can play with it?

Please attach your model so the Forum users can help you out.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Use the video to add the needed Joint.  If you need the model I will export it but I do not think it is needed to solve you issue.

Use Cylindrical due to misalignment, or

use the option - Between Faces for the channel side and

centre snap for the cylinder when selecting Joint positions.

Might help…..

Joint is getting fail due to gap.
1. Use as-built Joint (simple and easy as your model is already in position)

see the attached model

or

2. Use In between two faces in joint

Note: Cylindrical Joint is not relavant here
