Make UI (User Interface) Icons Bigger???

Does anyone know how to make all the user interface icons bigger so they are easier to see on large monitors/screens?

Can you tell us some more about your configuration? 

• Mac or Windows
• Screen Resolution

One additional info would be what monitor screen size are you using
