Low FPS with G-Sync enabled while *not* moving anything

Hi, I have a weird issue with my G-Sync / FreeSync monitor and Fusion 360.

I'm using a 144 Hz AOC C27G1 monitor with an Nvidia RTX 2070.

With G-Sync enabled, I get a steady 144 Hz while moving objects - so far so good.

Once I stop moving the object around - just viewing it - it drops down to 49 FPS, which causes my monitor to flicker.

In all other programs, my frame rate remains locked at 144 Hz.

Selecting / deselecting or hovering over an objects feature (or zooming in an out / moving the view) causes the frame rate to go back up to 144 for a very short time - flickering again - before immediately dropping back down to 49 Hz.

What's going on here? Why can I easily achieve 144 Hz when doing something, but it drops down to 49 Hz when doing nothing?

Got exactly the same problem here. Also Active-Sync enables when fusion is idle it drops refreshrate to 48Hz, causing stuttering mouse movement and noticable flickering. When drawing or actively moving an object the framerate immediatly rises to acceptable levels.
