Good day.
I'm having a serious problem since yesterday:
I made a drawing from an existent design and also made a new desing and it's drawing. Saved everything, it showed in the data panel, everything normal like it should. Then the software crashed while i was working on a previously existent design and when I opened Fusion 360 again all the files i had created were not there.
The files that i had changed kept their changes (this is what makes me believe this is not happening due to poor internet) while the files i created simply disappeared.
When i reopened the software the changed files were in the upload list but not uploading (this is an issue I've been having since forever but didn't bother solving because it's not a real problem since the changes and versions were kept) while the created files (both drawing and designs) simply disappeared.
I looked into the forum and found this topic. So as the topic sayd I went into offline mode so I could see cached files and the files were there! Some other topics sayd to delete cached files or "upload queue file" to resolve similar issues but i'm afraid i'll lose all my work if i do this. I could generate pdf/dwg files from these cached files in offline mode but I can't find them all since they do not seem to be logically organized.
I don't know what else to do, help would be deeply appreciated since this issue is delaying our prototyping.
Best regards,
Davi Alves Raquel
