lost files

Hi working in a remote area with spotty wifi and can't find my most recent projects.  Where are these saved locally on the mac?  Does the cloud not always load versions? I had saved several versions and they seemed to have disappeared and can't find them locally or on the cloud. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks Tony

Hi Tony,

The files must still be in the upload queue due to connection issues. Lets try a couple of things

1) Try to go to forced offline mode. That should show you all the cached files on your machine.

2) Email me the logs from the Help->Diagnostic logs command and I can help you with the files still in queue. My email is bankim.charegaonkar@autodesk.com

Thanks when I rebooted the program this afternoon the files reappeared. I will always save local versions in the future if I am in an area with spotty wifi
