Login Error "Server encountered and unexpected error".

I am getting a login error on A360, as well as having issues accessing designs from Fusion 360 - I believe they are related.  A bit of searching on the topic in the knowledge network indicated this may be caused with the change of user email addresses, which I didn't do intentionally, but it could have been an unintended consequence of design sharing testing I was doing.

Can I get some help correcting the issue, as my designs are currently inaccessible through Fusion 360.

Hi Leonard,

Thanks for sending in  your question to the forum and welcome.   As a temporary work around, can you try changing your eMAIL back to what it was and see if you can sign in again?

Thanks in advance for trying this and please let us know how this goes.

Thanks for the quick response!

I changed the email address back in my profile, and the A360 access doesn't
show the error any more, it now indicates the email address is already
registered with the hub.

I still can't get at my designs from Fusion 360 - it says "Fusion is going
offline. Fusion could not get required information from our servers ...".

Is there something else I can try?

Hi Leonard,

Thanks for the update and that is a different issue. Let me go ahead and move your message over to the Fusion 360 forum to see if you can get some help with Fusion as well.

Thanks again for the update and hope this helps.

Can you try signing in and out of Fusion 360?

If that doesn't help, could you post some screenshots of the error messages you are recieving when:

The suggestion in the below link may be helpful.

I hope this helps. If there are any questions, please let me know.

Thank you for the response.

Attached are two screen shots

- attempting to sign in to https://myhub.autodesk360.com

- launching Autodesk Fusion 360 app on my PC

I tried the solution in the link you provided (deleting LoginState.xml in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services) but the results were the same.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Hi Leonard,

Is this with the old eMAIL address, or the new eMAIL address.  We may need the team to take a look at this to see if there is an account issue.   Can you private message me both eMAIL addresses, the old one and the new one.  Also just to confirm, if you try signing into A360 WEB with the old eMAIL address, you are still getting the error message?

Once you share the new and old eMAIL address with me, we will forward this to the team to take a look at and see if that is causing you not to be able to sign into Fusion 360 as well.

Thanks in advance for getting us these details and for hanging in there while we sort out what is causing this.

I am back up and running - thank you so much for following this through to it's conclusion!

It appear as though my attempt to share a design between two of my accounts created an issue that wouldn't let Fusion 360 access any design data.  Some back-room magic on my accounts has me back online.

Thanks again!
