Lofts are causing inconsistencies between sections

Hi,

 

I am having issues when I am lofting between surfaces. Even though I am forcing tangencies at the lofting surface I am getting indentions and inconsistent geometries at the surface connection. I provide a pdf here with a detailed explanation along with the file I am using.

 

I know it is not a graphical/visual error because when i go to CNC the part, I get the indention at that intersection. See below.

Hi! I am wondering if you reverse the selection (Sections -> Rails; Rails -> Sections). Would it work better?

Flipped the rail and profile:
