Lofting 90* with rail

I am still very new to this.  Just trying to create the bottom corner of the rudder.  Please see the attached vid.

Here you go...

I added a line across the top to make that bottom section a closed surface.  But still can quite get it to do what I want.

Change the two middle sketch lines to Construction and then Loft with a Rail.  Model is attached.
