Hi there so moving on with my loft practice when I do the loft operation instead of going straight up it twist as shown below:image.png

here are the sketches I'm trying to loft(Marked in blue):

Hi @Anonymous,

This is a loft "point mapping" problem.  Fusion has to map points on one profile to points on each other profile.  You can adjust this by dragging the points in the preview.  In this case, it looks like the points are just rotated.  And, you can you can rotate all the points at once.  I have a screencast somewhere that shows this - I'll post it here when I find it.  Meanwhile, if you want to share this design, I'd be happy to show you how to fix this with your specific model.

Here is the screencast.  Note that the trick to doing the "rotate all the points at once" is to double-click on one of the white points in the preview.  Let me know if this is not clear - I have other videos on rotating individual points in the point mapping that might help.  And, again, if you want to post this model, I'll show the solution on it.

Yeah sure that'd be helpful thanks but it's very messy right now I'll clean it up a little before sharing

I've attached the file below,

Now thanks t you I know how to move every single point on a plane but the second problem is that I need to achieve symmetry with all 4 corners and can't do that...

Hi @Anonymous,

I spent some time with your model.  I noticed a couple of things that confused me.  I'm curious about that sketch - all the lines are fully constrained, yet I don't see any constraints or dimensions.  Second, the sketch is slightly offset from the global coordinate system, which, I think also confuses the loft mapping process.  So, I would maybe consider starting over with that sketch, and make sure that everything is nicely symmetric before you start.  Also, there is a bit of an inherent point mapping challenge here - you have 3 points on the bottom profile that need to map to only 2 points in the top profile, and it's not clear to me even how that mapping should be done.

I made a screencast (with audio) showing some of this, and another way to attack the problem, and I'll post it as soon as it finishes processing

Hope it helps,

Jeff

Here is the screencast (with audio).  Hope it helps, even though it does not answer your specific question.
