Loft - Problem Selecting Sketches on Multipule

I am having a problem selecting sketches (example: circles) on multiple planes using the loft command.

I need to know:

1. How to select a series of profiles? What key is required to allow me to select each profile when creating the loft? (I have tried Shift/Crtl/Alt)
2. How to create a straight loft or a curved loft?

A good example is show at this link:

I am sure that it is simple.

I should have added that I seem to be able to select multipule sketched pofiles in the Sculpt Mode. But not when in the Model Mode.

Solution:

Sketch two patterns on two separate Planes and LOFT them.

A) In Sculpt Mode:
1. Select CREATE -> LOFT
2. Select the edges of the two sketched patterns (ex. circles)
3. Adjust settings, then select OK to complete loft

B) In Model Mode:
In Model Mode you do not select the edges of the sketched pattern to loft. Rather, click inside the sketched pattern. It will turn solid light blue when selected.

1. Select the first pattern (ex. circles) and holed SHIFT key down
2. Select the second sketched pattern (ex. circles)
3. Adjust settings, then select OK to complete loft

Note: In Model Mode, if you want to combined two lofted 3D bodies/shapes in to one body/shape, you must create a solid for each and select the JOIN option while LOFTING the second Body.

What is happening to me is that, I select the drawings on the sketches that I want, and everything is ok until I press "OK" and automaticly switches the drawings to others that I dont want...
