lines dont match the fill shape

hi, still earning and getting to grips , slowly, with fusion... 
quick question, why are the lines 'off' the fill....

Maybe you better use loft.

Can you share the file?

 This is the canvas, basically im trying to do a 0.4mm offset, inside and outside the black lines.. so i can extrude different parts for 3d printing... trying to make a stained glass effect

Convert with a free converter png to svg.

Import svg.

Then extrude as you like.
