1) Is Fusion 360 free for hobbyist and startups?

I plan to use it as a hobbyist. How do i proceed?

2) Will it generate G Code for CNC?

The selections menu says slect your 3d printer. I'm not using a 3d printer. I'm using a CNC.

Please, no ifs and buts, possiblies. Just the facts.

Thanks,

G

Phil, Mark,

Thanks guys! That helps more than your realize.

A little about me......

Built this small CNC a few years ago. Sold my lathe and planned to use it to cut fishing lure bodies. Tinkered with CNC. Started learning software and understanding some of the new terminology.

In 2013 I had kidney failure. Everything was put on the back burner.

Still on dialysis, but life is good. Decided now is the time to learn to do this right. If I don't use it for more than Christmas ornaments, picture frames and toy for the grandkids, I'll be happy.

Thanks Again!

G
