Joints Vs. Mates

How can I joint my support to arc rolled square pipe? In a typical "mates", I would just make three different mates, lines against the bottom of the pipe and support end surface against the pipe another side.

Joint that another support to that arc shaped square pipe. Tangentially and 250mm from that first support.

Made it. I´m driving "joint origin" with sketch and turning the support angle on the right position.
