Join two slanted pipes

Hi

I want to make something a ladder against a big heavy machine.

I have two pipes (cilinders) standing up and rotated on the X-axis for 15 degrees AND rotated on the Z-axis for 15 degrees.

The connecting  pipe or cilinder is horizontal and parallel x-axis, how can i join the items.

One way would be to lay out the ladder on a flat plane with the legs rotated 15 degrees and the horizontal pipe connecting the legs.  Rotate the complete ladder 15 degrees on the Z axis.

Here's a screencast that uses the Pipe command to create a ladder.  If you add dimensions, it will be easier to modify the design latter.
